KOTFE was released episodic , so you only have access to the chapters released whilst subscribed, to access all current released content and able to level to 75 you will need to subscribe for 30 days
Ah right, I didn't know that! It's still weird that I got everything up to chapter 14, though, because according to my account history, I was last subscribed in October 2015, when chapters 1-9 were released. I never subscribed after that, yet still somehow got chapters 10-14.
Oh well, it'll probably remain a mystery or maybe I got lucky with some bonus chapters!
