@EA_Kipling Are you still willing to help me? The support team refuses to help me. I called the support line and they told me to open a ticket, then i opened a ticket and they sent an automated message telling me to call the support line and closed my ticket, then i called the support line again and they said it was a mistake and they told me to open another ticket, so i opened another ticket and they told me to call support again, so i called support again and they told me to make ANOTHER ticket, and guess what... THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THE SUPPORT LINE AGAIN... they keep telling me that and closing my ticket. so i can't get help from anyone... they're just ignoring me
