I've been having the same issue. Not with the launcher - with the swtor website. I was trying to get back into my account to see how much time I have left on my subscription and all I get is the same message with the same result. I can close out the browser, open the launcher, log in and play just fine. But the website will NOT send me the OTP. Ever. And I can't even log into the game through Steam without getting the same never-receiving-the-OTP loop. And yes, I use the same email for my Steam account which I do for my SWTOR account, which I also use for my EA account. The issue with Steam is the launcher itself. And the issue with the website is that it's broken. I'm not expecting to get any sort of legitimate answer here because EA doesn't give two **bleep** about customers, so long as we're dumb enough to keep forking over cash for Cartel Coins and subscription fees. I'm pretty much just leaving this here so EA knows I'll be opening a BBB complaint against them, and keeping it open until either the problem gets solved finally or we go into litigation. They're not holding up their end of the EULA, which constitutes a breach-of-contract on their part. Their system not properly functioning does NOT fall under their ability to alter the game however they want without recourse. There's recourse coming. They could EASILY fix the broken code in their website and they're actively refusing to do so. They're violating so many laws with this game alone, I'm surprised the government hasn't moved in to forcibly shut them down yet. We'll see, though. We'll see.
