Used Eternal Throne Pack from Twitch and 60 Boost

    Likely a bug, there was a limited time chapter 1 kotfe trial at one stage (Link), it may be that this limited trial can/is access it as well.

    Either way it was unintended

Just to be clear no where does it say you can use a level 60 character

The promo you have used is a level 65 character to access Eternal Throne chapters 1 - 9

  • To get started on your Knights of the Eternal Throne story adventure, log in the game, choose ‘CREATE CHARACTER’ and select ‘KNIGHTS OF THE ETERNAL THRONE.’ This creates your Level 65 Outlander with the Outlander Character Token included in the pack and lets you jump immediately into the action in Chapter One: Wrath and Ruin! You’ll be able to reach Level 70 with your Outlander character.

Right, I understand that now but that still doesn't explain why I was able to play Fallen Empire when I used the coin to make a 65.
