Using a referral link and not getting the 7 days preferred.
I have used the referral link and received the notification on my account prior to character creation that the usage was successful. However when I logged in to my first character I had mail so i thought awesome it worked got 2 armour sets and some XP boosters, but when I got to the first main city I wanted to place those items into a character bank but the game said I needed to be a preferred member to use a bank for free. SO in short I have the referral link items but not the 7 days free preferred.

Just to check, you have subscribed on that account before ? only previous subscribers get the 7 days
