Very annoying

Ok I don't know what is going on with the people behind this game but its getting as bad as where I think they don't care bout the people playing the game. I'm a huge fan of the game but lately its gone from love to complete utter frustration, I'm a subscriber so ofcourse I expect good customer service and there isn't any, I have had a stupid error pop up now for about 5 hours when trying to open the game and download the new patch saying "application error unable to download new patch due to unidentified issues, please try downloading patch again". seriously how does it not know what the error is and yet ask me to try again, I'm paying for a game I cant even play wtf is going on, the most annoying part is that I was playing the game 14 hours before this new patch came about, went to sleep, tried downloading new patch and no this error pops up, and not only that when trying to get customer service I cant I am sure as hell not gonna pay for a phone call when I am already paying for the game every month, I expect an easy way to get hold of someone to fix it over an email or a forum post but now you make a stupid thing where you have gamers doing their job how lazy can you get where you have gamers sorting out you messes, damn it sort it, its pathetic.
