    I have been able to solve it thanks to my friend that I have in the United Kingdom. It's a relief to know that I did not lose count and all the coint I had.

You see, they gave me a number related to my country (Spain) and they told me that they would treat me in Spanish being a lie.

I know of the existence of those numbers that you say, but because I do not speak fluent English, it is impossible for me to contact them.

Call the EA Spain technical service.

As a solution I have friends in the UK and asked them to solve this problem, if they can do something.

Veras , me dieron un numero relacionado con mi país (España) y me dijeron que me atenderían en español siendo mentira.

Se de la existencia de esos numero que dices , pero al no hablar un ingles fluido , me es imposible contactarme con ellos.

Llame al servicio técnico de EA España.

Como solución tengo amigos en el Reino Unido y les e pedido que me soluciones este problema , haber si ellos pueden hacer algo.

    If the steps in the EA Help article aren't working for you, you would need to speak to the Star Wars: The Old Republic (SWTOR) support team for help as unfortunately, the EA Help team would not be able to assist you further with this. 

    The article I've hyperlinked has listed a contact number for the SWTOR support team from Spain a bit further down. Here's the number in the article:     00442030141826*. It does add a disclaimer however to note that your provider may charge you for making an international phone call so I'd stress keeping that in mind and see once you get through if they can call you back.
