Waiting For Customer Service Response, Two Days Now?
Hey Support Team,
I have an open ticket that's been submitted for more than 2 days now. Ticket # 21341415 and # 21370126. One about a large chunk of missing cartel coins, and the other about my missing 60 token. I saw there was a login announcement today about the 60 tokens, I can really wait on the 60 token if I have to but I would really like to see if someone could do something about these tickets.
I am a subscriber, have been for years. I just need someone to take two minutes out of their day, review the cartel coin purchase log on my account, see that there is a discrepancy as I don't have the items I purchased, replace the cartel coin balance, and move on to the next waiting customer. No special hugs, no lollipops, just simple and quick.
