Want to get a refund on my undesired recurring subscription.
How can I get a refund of my ''recurring'' subscription? It's been like 1 year since I have those recurring payments in my account.

They refunded the last 30 days but I wanted my full 24 months of unwanted recurring subscription.Talked with them for 45 min to 1hr but I still don't know if my ticket is open or closed?
