Is this a debit mastercard ? if so it likely cant be used to purchase a subscription , it may work for buying 60 days sub
Hi i have the same problem now but I have been using the same debit card for my subscription all this time without trouble but suddenly 2 months ago the subscription stopped for some reason and now I can't resubscribe to the game with the same card.

Funny, It's doing it to me too. Used two different cards and it will no longer allow my paypal account that I've used in the past for cartel coins. This is for my free account. MollyMcButter is the screen name. I guess I'm not going to buy 2 months. Hopefully my other two accounts are fine - I may need some cartel coins. Keeping fingers crossed.

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona jursy77 (not Teri3501 your posting on now) that EA account uses a Insightbb.com email address
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
