Is this a debit mastercard ? if so it likely cant be used to purchase a subscription , it may work for buying 60 days sub

You will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix the account issue

  I got the same problem cant do anything tried visa card tried mastercard same thing
  and funny enough cant contact or make a ticket either cause im not subbed and i have no way to make tickets on their website either

    will be Tuesday before a response on here , only the English line will be open on Monday due to a holiday so you can call them when they are open, anyone with an account issue can contact swtor support
