I have a problem with paying for my subscription. And it says contact support. But she is no one. This is the only forum where maybe someone can give you advice.
In another MMORPG I've played, my problem was always solved by the GM. Within half an hour of creating a ticket. But not here.

EA support are not able to assist with swtor issues , for that you need to contact swtor support ( they are different support lines )
As to waiting for an email to arrive, try a different email address, best recommendation is to add a security key to the account and not need to wait for an email to turn up over the internet
