WHO IS THE MORON WHO MADE THE OVER BLOATED NEW SUPPORT SYSTEM.

I am very sick and tired of the morons at SWTOR, who have yet again pushed their problems on another company.  All I am trying to do is report that this site, http://www.swtor.com/free , Is a loop where it says it will take you to the page where it compares subscriptions but it only links to itself.  But the support system, which used to marginally work if you didn't mind waiting two weeks, is now nothing more then an over bloated, inefficient, poorly managed, self defeating, and lying piece of garbage.  When will you idiots learn how to make an actual support system.  I swear it was easier to get support when you had to do it via snail mail.
