Why is my launcher for swtor not able to download the game?

I have tried downloading the game several times. Each time it acts as if it remembers where it left off, resuming at 10.73% and then going along at 2.00mbps until it hits 10.8% and then it will jump ...

    Ok your C drive is totally full , this is likely the cause of your issues given windows usually also uses a cache file on C drive

Total Space: 120.8 GB
File System: NTFS

In the game folder is a log folder can you attach the latest dated launcher log

    Ok your C drive is totally full , this is likely the cause of your issues given windows usually also uses a cache file on C drive

      Even though i downloaded it to my D:drive? Because my terabyte is on the D drive.

      So i did clear out some of my space on my C drive, and it seems to be downloading more now, i just got to 11% for once, but that is a shame if i cant have it download to the D drive, being that C drive has wayyy less space.

        Also, apparently after looking, for some reason ive only downloaded it from the site once so far, but there are two different launchers! One in D drive, and one in C drive. Not entirely sure why, but i guess i was clicking on the c drive one and the d drive one was not appearing on my shortcuts until literally just now.
