It will likely be to do with the IP address (can see if your ISP can change to a totally different IP range) you have on your modem, i had something similar where origin thought I was in spain but I am in Australia, took a month to resolve.
The quickest workaround I can think of is use a VPN when making the purchase and select a location in poland and try again.
Thanks for the response. That's true my IP adress changes once 24 hours. Yet it is so random, it just makes me mad - it just disconnects my internet for a minute.
Still, I am going to try the VPN method. It might work out.
