KOTFE expansion allows level to 65
KOTET expansion allows level to 70
So if you subscribed prior to Dec 2 2016 then you so not have this expansion pack, another 30 day subscription will give you that access now.

When initially released on October 27th 2015 was the level cap 65 or 70 ?

Yes you keep the ability to level to 70 and the chapter access

- The level cap was set to 65. It was not increased to level 70 until the release on December 2, 2016.
To add to proxos and Belgorad, the last two Expansions are Named very similar, as
Knights of the Falle Empire and
Knights of the Eternal Throne, so on some occasions you have to look very precise which Expansions is meant.
