Bugg Subscription in Game via Steam

i have bought a subscription one month today the 31 october 2020 via steam

and i see it in steam DLC section that installed.

but the problem is in the game the subscription is not active in the game.

on my caracter name in the log in page i see im a subscribe player but in the game i have not the subscrition i can not wear the armor with autorisation artefact

i can not go in the x section

i tryed to open a ticket in the game all is block i tryed to post a post because i was not  subscribe player in the section bugg i was unable to post

i have no idea how to fix this problem and no idea how to contact the support tecnical there

i tryed to call with the number they give in their website the canada number they give is invalid

like i saw in internet i was not the alone to have this problem and the only thing to do is to try to contact them but how can i contact them when all other method was not working for me for contact them.
