Cannot PRELOAD Zero Company
It seems I'm not alone, but I was directed by an EA Support Agent (Anubhav) to submit a discussion thread here while he submits a case to the team to look into this and provide the details I have seen here in the following steps taken. Which I'm sure others have experienced the same or similar.
1) I ordered the game back in June through the app, I received an email a couple days ago stating the game was available to preload - refer to image
2) After receiving the notice to preload I checked my account and was met with a greyed out download bar. Only stating game can be played the 27th- refer to 2nd image.
3) I reached out folks on Zero Company reddit and discord if they were having similar issues some kind folks stated to reinstall the app, if that didnt work then try to clear cache. I tried both and no luck with resetting the unavailable download button.
4) I spoke with EA (Anubhav) and he instructed me to reinstall the app, which I did again, still no luck then proceeded to submit a case to the back end team and tol dme to start a thread here.
So here we are. I am very excited about this game, I have no problem waiting a few days for its release and install the game then. It is frustrating that a feature that is working for other players (xbox, ps, steam) are having no issues, not the end of the world of course, but I'd like to be ready as soon as I get home from work to crush some Separatists.
