Deluxe and Pre-Order Content Not Available

Adding on to the pile to just further show the issue itself being quite a prominent one. The Deluxe and Pre-Order content is entirely broken/missing from the game. Been waiting more than 48 hours now, since the game's release, but still nothing at all. I own both on Steam, but no matter what I do, it doesn't show up. I've gone far beyond the point in the game where it mentions it becomes available, have restarted the game, verified the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, etc. Nothing has worked. Given that this is paid extra content, this is ridiculous and needs to be fixed ASAP. 48 hours is crazy for stuff like this to not work, and what's worse is total silence on the issue itself.
