Luco and utility slots

For some reason I can't equip the scope or barrel weapon mod on Luco and I've also lost my 3rd utility slot even though I've unlocked the 3rd slot. It's unlocked for some characters, but not others. This is getting very frustrating!

Cly has to be nerfed. Her mechanics are obviously one big exploit. She is OP broken as hell. She ruins challenge on top diffuculty and trivilize fights make them boring monotonously and super easy.

Love the game, but the constant soft locks in combat are brutal
I hope we have a hotfix on the way, this is killing my playthrough. Ill get deep into a battle only to have a soft lock situation that forces a reload. Happens a lot mid- late game
