No True Black color available

In the preview image for tattoos for Zabraks they have true black like Darth Maul but that color isnt anywhere ingame which is absurd to me. I cannot use it for skin, tattoos, makeup, clothes, armor, or weapons. This color should be an option everywhere, especially if/when true white is.
