I spent 30 minutes speaking to someone on this topic. These items are not in the game regardless of what the community managers say. Progression does not and should never effect when COSMETIC items are issued to paying customers. EA sold and failed to deliver the items promised. It’s “bugged”, but I find it hard to believe that items players purchased with their own money not being issued by EA is out of their wheelhouse to deliver. There are also no plans on compensation from what I’ve been told. Pretty ridiculous.
