Preorder content Missing - Epic and EA pointing fingers

I preordered SW:ZC deluxe on Epic Games store day before launch. It links to the EA PC app to download and play. All deluxe content is there but after the patch I still do not have the preorder astromech content. I am well past unlocking droids and assume I completed the prerequisite missions (I completed it a while before they listed the specific prerequisites). Epic says they have no means to get me the content and EA says as a point of sale, epic is responsible. My guess is the licensing handshake between Epic and EA apps is broken but both support groups give me the run around and blame the other. I've deleted and re-downloaded the game, still no content either in main menu character databank or the in game character customization station. Any help would be appreciated!
