Hi, the first cutscene after the Tutorial where I have to Access the holo table just does not work for me. The cutscene freezes every Single time, no matter what I do. I tried to clear the PS5s Cache and started a new Save file.
There is nothing I can do to continue playing, the game stops for me at this point ,ca. 30 Minutes into the game. Does anyone know what I can do?
Same here. Played the Tutorial, mire is not possible. Scandalously
This seems to be a big issue. Had the same bug on my XboX with a freeze during the dialogue with Gorga the Hutt. Restarted the game and tried all suggestions like saving right before the holo-table etc. It's frustrating to have a pretty expensive game just stop working right after the first tutorial. Please do better, EA!
I installed the patch which came out this week, started a new game, hoping the bug was fixed.
Still stuck in the holotable cutscene after the tutorial mission like described from Mathemagica. Playing on XBOX Series X.

Just want to chime in and say that I ran into the same issue on my PS5 (Basic Edition).. had repeated issues with briefing cut scenes not playing and today, after installing the upgrade, the bug withTricks and Lucos Mission showed up. Do not feel motivated to keep playing because I don't want to skip that mission..
I am also experiencing a full cutscene freeze that keeps me from progressing beyond an optional Tricks+Clone Captain mission in the last stage of the game. I have replayed the whole mission, but I always get stuck in the cutscene, which behaves similar to what Mathemagica has described above.
In other cases (also prior to the patch) where the cutscene weren’t displayed at all, I could always exit them by pressing the square button om my PS5 controller. In this case sometimes a little dialog pops up in the lower right corner of the screen saying that I can press the X button to skip, but that does not work.
Stuck. Only one or two missions from the final mission…
PS: And please, please, pretty please: make it possible to watch cut scenes after the fact. I have missed so many cutscenes during this run that I have only seen half the story. Please make these accessible somewhere! Think of us poor players who were the first to put their money out for this game!
I have the same or a similar issue; on PS5. It's the cutscene that triggers when accessing the holo table. The video is frozen on the first frame of each 'segment' (segment = line of dialogue), while the audio of the segment plays. The cutscene does not progress at the end of a segment on its own. I can force it to proceed by using skip. The video then updates to the first frame of the next segment and the audio plays. After 4-5 segments, I get fully stuck and cannot force the cutscene to go any further. (I get stuck at the line "... nobody wants this debt cleared more than me.")
I tried restarting the game, restarting the console, creating a new save file from the start, waiting for a couple minutes, leaving and reentering the game without closing it, and messing with the graphics settings. At this point, I am out of ideas. I cannot play the game beyond the tutorial.

I have the same problem on XBOX Series X. Here what I tried so far: Start a new save game; loaded from a manual save game right before the cutscene; installing the game several times; start the game from SSD and expansion card; lowered the resolution and switched of Auto-HDR; switched of the "Quick resume"
Nothing helped so far. Any other suggestions?
