I have no idea how to decrypt this......

Has anybody tried reversing it to see if it’s a song from Star Wars?

No speeding up or reversing it does not make it into anything recognizable

This says it's a .jpg file, but it can be converted to a .txt file that is full of binary. Converting the binary to ASCII again gives this text string (uploaded to google docs):

it appears to me that it's a Solfa Cipher (example: https://www.wmich.edu/mus-theo/solfa-cipher/). Given the youtube video, the decryption key should be 12.14, I think. I just haven't figured out how to decrypt it easily.

§ is the symbol for “section” when citing texts. Not sure if that’s relevant.
