This also might mean that the devs have changed the way in which QGJ's Humbling Blow is calculated.

Before it would be: Damage, Dispel, Offense Up Buff.
Now it seems like it is: Dispel, Damage, Offense Up.

What does this mean? Probably no more free Offense Up off of an unbuffed Savage.
