Tbh, I'd like to see someone work out who has and hasn't been affected by an outage and then proportionately award compensation for the outage. Who actually has the time to do that and would it really be worth it. At times you may be affected by an outage at others you won't. Rewarding everyone in the end is the fairest and most time effective method
