There are 8 scheduled for November. 1st: Secrets and Shadows. 6th: Peridea Patrol. 9th: Military Might. 13th: Rebel Roundup. 16th: Ground War. 20th: Duel of Fates. 23rd: Places of Power. 30th: Fanatical Devotion. It looks like they removed Forest Moon, which makes me angry unless they put it on Wed the 27th since nothing is scheduled there yet.
Peridia doesn't give Signal Data and it's rewards are firewalled behind an R9 requirement. So good luck with that.
Do you know something I don't? Last I checked, it's just the last tier that has the R9 req. I feel like you're vastly overstating it.
