So we are halfway through phase 3 and 15 people have not scored a point. We do tier 4. What do yall do to keep people going without having to kick out half of your guild? I know Nihilus is annoying...

Not really when you think that the raid is designed for 50 people to complete over the course of several days. Tier 5 for example says g10. You can put damage on the board and have a good run at g10. Probably 500k a team or so. If you average that, that's 2.5 mil a day per person. With 50 people that is 125 mil a day. If I remember correctly, that woukd clear it in about 2 or 3 days which is how it's designed. But if you're trying to clear it with half the guild not participating you need much better teams to pull the weight of the anchors. But the req listed assume full participation.
Look at tier IV, if you really took toons at lvl 70, gear VII, with no omegas (or zetas) and no mods, it would take a guild of 50 weeks to get through just phase 1.
