So we are halfway through phase 3 and 15 people have not scored a point. We do tier 4. What do yall do to keep people going without having to kick out half of your guild? I know Nihilus is annoying...

Top rewards for HAAT are much better tho. Plus it's much less than 8 hours for a 20M run. It's an hour or so max. An hour once every 3-4 days compared to 20 min a day every day. The Sith raid is just too tough for too small of rewards for non heroic. I'm hoping new toons come out soon like the GMY rework that make the sigh raid more approachable.
I score close to 20 million over a 3 day and spend far lesd than 20 min a day. It just doesn't take that long for 2 decent runs and 3 crappy ones depending on the phase. I do spend a little more time coordinating since I'm our guild's str coordinator. But even that doesn't take that much time. The point is once you learn to use jtr in p1, a 3 mil run takes only 5 min or so.
