20K Crystal Inbox Issue Thread

It was a faulty algorithm. C'mon with your "it's not fair" nonsense. As much as everybody complains about the devs you'd think they were little evil gnomes specifically targeting individual accounts. I'm not saying I like all of CG's decisions, but give it a break and look at the obvious: they were trying to remedy some mistake in game planning and made a bigger mistake in the execution of that remedy. This happens everyday and in every workplace. Everybody complains that there's never a dev response to some perceived misfortune, but in this case they were trying to respond to something (we don't even know what) in a generous way. These people work hard to make a GAME that is fulfilling for the community and profitable for them. I'm sure they are in a PR meeting trying to formulate the best response they can to make this go away so they can move on with new content. You may not be satisfied, but just keep farming whatever you are farming and trying to get that top arena spot despite whatever cruelty has befallen you in the form of advantage to others.
