It's rather funny, though, because CG just doesn't seem to get it right - not only it allows Arena collusion, which takes away a lot of revenue from them (20 people sharing rewards will net you less money if those people were actually competing for those rewards), it's probably looking at a MAJOR crystal giveaway to the whole playerbase unless they have some kind of miraculous explanation to this discrimination - but really, there isnt, since there are a lot of people reporting that they dont even have CHS unlocked, and yet got the 20k crystals anyway.

Discrimination? Really? I get the anger and attitude, but there is no way this is discrimination. It seems like a hastily thought out reaction to people upset about spending money on packs and likely is a response to pressure from Apple who were getting inundated with refund requests based on this communication.

Well, maybe it's because english isn't my main language, so I'll explain with an example: say we are at the airport waiting for a flight, then the flight gets delayed and everybody starts complaing.
Then after an hour or so, they start announcing names to be allocated on a private jet rented by the company, my name is announced and yours isnt. Then you ask an employee of the company what the criteria is, and he replies to you: "we are doing this for everybody who flew a lot with us from date X to date Y".
And then I tell you that it was my first time ever flying and that you got the shaft.
Thats a pretty discriminatory attitude, man. Discrimination is not only racial, see definition:

That’s considering discrimination is a bad thing in all cases. We discriminate all the time. I pick a certain watermelon by discriminating against the others. The hot girls in college discriminated by dating the football players instead of me. It’s only bad in some cases, like the hot girls not dating me in college.
