24h Join period applied instead of no join

We started heroic sith today with no join period. When the raid launched it launched with 24h join. Our previous raid at a lower tier was started with a 24h join.


I found others with the same issue without resolution. Is there currently any resolution available to apply no join period or abandon and reset?
