30 minute outage?

I honestly feel defeated because when it comes to any kind of feedback it seems like CG just shuts us out. I don't understand why CG doesn't offer more when it comes to make goods after major bugs or server issues and it confuses me for a few reasons. #1 their make goods typically do not even cover what top players miss out on. #2 these types of make goods are rarely needed (when was the last server issue/bug that required a make good on CGs part? #3 the items we are talking about cost CG nothing, litterally nothing. I have played games with 3x as many issues where we were offered comparably higher rewards and it amounted to a much more grateful community.
