I do understand that people have to spend on the game to keep it alive but constantly getting new characters on platoons isnt the way. I find it very hard to believe that anyone will buy their shards for the sole purpose of completing platoons. The only thing devs are accomplishing by this (IMO) is making people angry.
I also think that even people which spend money on the game will get bored (or worse, broken) of spending and sell their account or even drop the game with all the spent money."PrestonJezek;c-1445881" wrote:
How can EA keep doing this and it doesnt blow up in their face!??!?!?! They release new toons and ships. Then add them to platoons. Only way any guild is going to ever complete all platoons is coughing up a lot of money. Our guild was just about to where we needed to be until they released the new DS ships. Now they throw in these new toons and all this time spent farming the Falcon, kylo Ren's ship and toons like Hermit Yoda was pointless
And they'll keep doing it until people stop spending or quit. Neither of these thing are likely to happen, so your only option is to accept that youre guild will never catch up & just be satisfied w/ falling slightly further behind w/ each new character release.
Sad but true.- At least give a TB round before adding new toons as a requirement for platoons. Rose & Holdo already on phase 4? Ridiculous....
- Platoons are pretty important in P6 those ATAT barrages are OP as hell.
- I don't know why anyone expects any different. Are we just now figuring out that these people don't actually care about our enjoyment and have a pleasant experience while playing their game? They never did, never will.
We know what they want and we need to understand they follow the $$$$$ if you don't like it don't give them any thing. - "Be careful not to choke on your aspirations, Director!"
- I honestly have started not caring. I stopped spending at all due to the platoon garbage. I'm close to removing the game from my phone entirely.
- It's a money gold mine though

It is, but there is a line as Isaah pointed out directly above you. I, for one, am MUCH more likely to put money into a game that I don't feel is actively trying to kitten me over.- U know the history of.. Well, just enjoy the game
