I will say that I think it's possible that you will only be able to redeem once per device because of the change we made to fix what happened in December. The tech that runs those interstitials has been updated to resolve the thing that cause that issue, but it may result in only being able to redeem once per device. I'll look into that and what's happening on Ikky and Paligap's accounts.
@CG_Carrie I am pretty sure that is the case. So if you run muliple accounts you will only get it for one. There is definitly a weird thing happening where you click on the pop up and don't get the credits.
1st device:
I logged into my main account got the pop up and it gave me nothing, credits didn't change and never go in box message.
I logged into my alt account never got message
2nd device:
logged into alt account and got the popup and when I clicked on it I could see the credit count go up and then got the inbox message
logged into main account and pop up never showed.
3rd device:
logged into main account and popup showed and when I clicked on it i could this time see the credit count go up and then got the inbox message
So it seems there is sometimes a problem where it doesn't give you the credits (not sure why) but once the pop-up goes away it won't show on that device again.
