As others have said, 3PO is the key. You have to kill Vander to kill the others or they'll just rez, but to get around the tanks you need 3PO's confuse. Keep confuse on thanks, remove their taunts with Chewpio and kill Vander asap. Then just focus the others.
Did the other two feats with See/Bane. Use a unique to get See to his ultimate state, then 2 middle abilities on Bane. Auto basic. No worries about taunt or revives with Rule of Two.
