A plea to my fellow forum users

See - a while back I would have agreed with what you said. Recently, however, I will disagree 100%.

I've posted threads specifically in feedback forums (because "they've" said that's where "they" want them and read them). No single response has been given and nobody looks at those forums. Here in Gen Pop, "they" have said this is a catch-all and it gets the most attention - so this is where folks put their threads - not somewhere where it's destined to instantly die.

Take "them" for example - look at the top of the Gen Pop page to the stickied threads. "They're" talking about Phoenix factions, game updates, etc. Now - go the the feedback forums and see if those threads are there - NOPE. Even "they" know those forums are dead so why post there?

"They" allow the threads to gain momentum in Gen Pop, then move them to where "they" think it's appropriate - or more often than not - merged into some sad MEGATHREAD that doesn't even make sense.
