A problem with buying new characters in game.

Note: This should also be done in a way that won't lockout other players if they don't pay from the content. For example adding a conquest feat of "15 battles with Bad Batch" would have worked. Since the bad batch tag and previous versions of the characters exist it would have been an ideal feat to add to conquest. However, when this was done with new previously non-existent factions like the release of gungans and inquisitors. It had the effect of locking out players from certain feats unless they pay up. THIS is absolutely NOT what is wanted.
