Very doubtful. It would hurt newer guilds that just figured it out. If they change any raid it would be AAT. Possibly adding a minimal GK shards for top NAAT winners. Or adding a refresh or 2 to HAAT.
Im sure Witzkers meant a new tier after "Heroic" and that would hurt no one. I think new tiers for AAT and Rancor, lets call them "Legendary" would provide extra chalange for guild that mastered both raids and hopefully give better rewards. Like more gear or at least no challange gear and maybe shards for a random character each month or somenting like that.
