A toon to bring balance to the force.
We need a DPS toon that does triple damage against toons with tenacity up. Best candidate here would probably be a bounty, jango, or Aurra.

Boba has no bonuses against tenacity up except that it will count as a smidge more damage on execute. We need a toon that hammers tenacity up.
Imperial Shock Trooper:
Basic: Deal physical damage to target and apply daze. If this effect is resisted deal damage an additional two more times.
Special: Deal special damage to all enemies with a 40% each to apply Speed Down, Critical Chance Down, and Buff Immunity to all targets. Imperial Shock trooper then gains 10% TM for each debuff resisted.
Unique: Imperial Trooper Allies dispel all negative status effects on themselves whenever they attempt to apply a debuff and it is resisted. Imperial Shock trooper gains 5% offense for each buffed enemy and gains 2% offense (Stacking) whenever he lands a debuff and 6% (stacking) whenever one of his debuffs is resisted.
Tenacity Up? You mean imperial trooper cleanse? That's what I thought.

Glad people are liking this haha, too bad the Empire didn't get this in their faction pass. Would've made them a real threat even on defense. But it's so true that Tenacity Up has literally no way to be punished.
Characters with high damage are punished by auto-taunting tanks combined with healers unless their damage is an immediate kill. High speed characters are punished by Rex lead and counter attacks. Counter attackers with low speed are punished with stuns and daze. Debuff reliant characters are punished directly by tenacity up, but nothing can punish tenacity up and it's running rampant in arena right now.
there will always be a meta set of skills. Back in the pre-Shoretrooper days, Geo Soldier, then Rey and finally Wiggs ran rampant as they had no counter. Then same the Palp/Zader/anything meta where anything could win in January, and the zaul meta. Owing to the huge debuffs inflicted by Zaul, Tenacity Up and triple cleanse became rampant until this day.
