This is the first time in 10 years we would need to change the time of the game 4 times per year then (unfortunately with only 2 chances to do that in the game).

A lesson from Europe then: Canada is in America, ergo, you are an american.

You are completely wrong about this being the first time. 

This happens twice every single year in the brief period between US clocks changing and clocks in other countries changing.
