You need to time your toon's special buff at close to when the tank will untopple. I'm able to use Raid Han's buff in time enough to allow my toons to usually all take 1 more turn each. That buff won't last for more than 2 turns.
Btw, do you have AA? Consider putting him in instead of 5s. He helps Lando big time for multiple DoubleDowns. AA's buff can also do what you need. He can also heal your team from the evil main tank dots.
