Does ability block on droids with green triangle prevent one shot one kill?

Doesn't work the same for me. I run Zader, ep, rg, tfp, and ugnaught.
Not getting close to the same damage. Plus, zaders increased damage is killing droids too quickly.- Zader is not working for us either.. palpy is not removing any turn meter from adds and they are dying to vader's dots.
