Access to Account

Question

I have been trying to access my 'STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes' account for weeks and have contacted yous on several occasions but have been constantly fobbed off. I have spent hundreds of pounds on this account and you've just stopped my access. This is totally unacceptable and would like a resolution to this now as I've been waiting long enough.

@gun_rey whats your allycode?why are you unable to access the account? are you unable to login with gamecenter/ google /ea connect ?
