I hope it's just a technical game issue but if that happens randomly it makes me feel uncertain for every other account here.

I had a 9.2 mil account with 7 R8 Galactic legends. Grinded away on a mobile phone for 6 years and one day 3 months ago randomly got the same ban message. The appeal process provides No official response, explanation or evidence of what the offence was. Unfortunately I can personally confirm that whatever system is used to send bans and run checks is not 100% correct all of the time.
