This is text from the recently modified Forest Moon Assault Battles description. What does this even mean?

Right, because in the past ppl would start on the easy (with lowest rewards) and then realize they lost an opportunity for a higher tier. They probably could have come up with better wording. Honestly I wasn't sure what it meant at first either.
