This is text from the recently modified Forest Moon Assault Battles description. What does this even mean?

I don't think the previous iteration of this ewok event allowed you to complete the top tier multiple times (without spending crystals at least.) Isn't the NS Zombie / NS Spirit event the only event where the action counts aren't shared? Maybe this is just verbiage to include in all future events to avoid confusion, but I didn't think the old style of this particular event had the option to complete the highest tier multiple times without using crystal refreshes.
