Admin Help! Profanity filter question.

Hello Admin,
I am forming a guild buy the name of Idi0t's Array which as I am sure you already know is the name of a hand in sabacc. However the forum strikes out the word idiot of Idiot's Array. Is there anything I can do short of replacing some of the letters to stop this from happening? Will this be an in game issue?
