Advise on Guilds
Hiya everyone. I’m sort of in a rock and a hard place when it comes to my guild and am purely taking a shot in the dark to find answers. My guild has been around for a couple of years now and has seen players come and go. However over the past few months we have rapidly lost players and not due to a fault of our own. Players have left due to Personal reasons or just simply not feeling the game anymore. We have quite a unique situation, We had anything between 45-50 members at any given time but have now since then dropped to 35. We had a couple of people join us over the weekend but are looking to bring that number right back up. Is there any tips or any advise in the best way to go around this? I know a merger had been suggested a couple of times but it’s simply not an option to merge into another guild. The guild would have be be okay merging into us and recruiting 15 individuals would be one mean feat. The best thing we have going for us is the remaining players have have left are around 5m GP plus. We have a guy who’s looking to bring in his 9m account over purely because he loves the people and the atmosphere of the guild. The main reason i’m still there. any tips or tricks for this one?
